Audra is the director of The Bethany Stage and is thrilled to bring the arts to her hometown of Bethany. After graduating in 2005 from Southern Nazarene University, she went on to The Boston Conservatory where she completed her masters in Opera Performance in 2008. It was under the tutelage of Director Kirsten Cairns in Audra’s roles of Adina in L’Elisir D’Amore,The Governess in The Turn of the Screw, and Zerbinetta in Ariadne auf Naxos where she became fascinated with directing. Coming back to SNU in 2009, Audra joined the music department teaching vocal lessons and then moved on to direct PinocchioYou’re a Good Man, Charlie BrownInto the Woods, The Pirates of Penzance, Little Women, Webber's The Wizard of Oz, and Beauty and the Beast. Her loving students and talented artist husband, Dustin Faust, have inspired her to open this theatre and studio where she can continue to share her love of acting and singing.  At The Bethany Stage she has directed Pride and Prejudice, Much Ado About Nothing, A Christmas Carol, Guys and Dolls, The Importance of Being Earnest, Little Women, and The Lion King Jr.  (But being a mom to her sweet girls and  new baby boy is her favorite job of all!)

Rachel Aylworth

Rachel is so excited to join The Bethany Stage team in bringing arts to the community! Rachel graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre Arts Studies, emphasis in acting and directing. It was there she found a passion for directing and teaching performers of all ages. She began teaching vocal lessons in 2015 and has had the opportunity to music direct Disney's Beauty & the Beast, Jr., This Castle Needs a Good Scouring, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, as well as assistant direct Charlotte's Web. Although new to Oklahoma, she is looking forward to getting involved in the local theatre scene, and made her Oklahoma debut in The Bethany Stage's production of She Loves Me! She has been performing her whole life, with favorite roles including Little Red in Into the Woods, Diana Barry in Anne of Green Gables, and Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof. Rachel hopes to be able to share her passion for music and acting with all who enter The Bethany Stage's doors, and help them to grow their confidence in performing!
